Remodel existing space for physician offices, on-call rooms, Lounge and lockers. This project is for the Women and Infants medical residency program.

New Operating Room in Surgery (SS960703-01)
Complete new general operating room and upgrade control desk in existing space. This will allow the hospital to assign a smaller, dedicated OR to gynecological surgery.

Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) and Pro-on Remodel (SS961109-01)
Minor modification to existing PAU to make room for two gurneys.

Surgery Day Care Remodel (SS950813-01)
This three-phase project adds separate patient gowning rooms, a pre-operative holding area, and a discharge lounge. It will improve patient flow and permit greaterrr patient privacy.

Remodels space to include eight birthing rooms, housekeeping and physician support areas, a C-section room, and recovery room: a net addition of seven birthing rooms.
