Table Version of 3 x 2 Ribbing Instructions


I knitted the sweater without writing up instructions for the stitch patterns by letting my fingers and eyes do the work. When jotting down the instructions for these pages, this is how I made my working notes. It is similar to a format used by some Japanese machine knitters (although that format reads from the bottom of the page to the top.)

These tables and the 'Emily Notation' will not please everybody. If you don't like the format, use the 'written out' version on the How To page.
