Amusement ride sign warning of safety hazard

Amusement ride operators post risks

One of RADA's contributors took these photographs on an outing to the County Fair. Unlike the local Traffic Engineer, the ride operators posted warning signs for too much uncontrolled motion.

Unfortunately, the fair operators failed to provide a bumpless path over the electrical cable covering. Even worse, some of the cable was exposed - allowing our photographer's battery-driven wheelchair to get tangled in the cords. Fortunately, other fairgoers were able to untangle the cords from the chair's wheels. Unfortunately, it was not a day of independence.
